Seamstress
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Seamstress to join our international team.
This role will be responsible for sewing garments while maintaining quality standards at all times. This role requires mend, alter, and construct garments and other fabric-made articles according to customers’ needs.
This role should demonstrate sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time role, on a PH morning shift and on a Work in the Office setup.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurately measuring customers using tape measures to ensure proper fit of garments.
- Ensuring that sewing machines and other equipment are in good working order
- Constructing garments and other articles according to customers’ specifications and preferences
- Altering or repairing customers’ garments and other articles, which includes hemming, mending, lengthening, as well as taking in and letting out seams
- Communicating with customers to determine their specifications, needs, and preferences
- Assist with client fittings and ensure customer satisfaction

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate may be a graduate of a Degree in related field
- Proven experience as a seamstress or tailor in a fashion industry
- Knowledge of different fabrics and their properties
- Sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques
- Ability to use and maintain sewing machines and other tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality

Fashion Pattern Cutter
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fashion Pattern Cutter to join our international team.
This role will be responsible for creating templates for garments and clothing. Should have a strong understanding of fashion design, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a link between the design and manufacturing stages
- Meeting with product designers to discuss the base design
- Creating rough-draft templates using computer drafting software and freehand techniques
- Reading and interpreting design models and blueprints
- Measuring, cutting, and designing patterns in the material required
- Double-checking the pattern dimensions and style
- Ensure that all patterns are accurate and meet the company’s quality standards
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate may be a graduate of a Degree in related field
- Proven experience as a Pattern Cutter or similar role in the fashion industry.
- In-depth knowledge of draped and flat methods of pattern cutting.
- Strong understanding of fashion design and garment construction.
- Strong attention to detail and quality
